Seeing Spots

We managed to snap a few pictures before work (and before the Nor'easter hit) yesterday.  As I trudged through a couple inches of freshly fallen (and still falling!) snow on my way home from work, I was pretty happy that I'd changed into my winter boots.
This color reminds me of pumpkin pie - which feels very appropriate as we are now well into November.
You can't tell here, but this sweater has suede elbow patches.  I love the detail - it feels very professorial.
I'm not ready to pack these shoes away for the winter.  Adding socks (and having a pair of winter boots close at hand) allows for at least a few more wears.
While I'm pretty excited to have pulled this jacket out from the back of the closet, I have to say that I'm not sure I'm quite ready for winter!

  1. Love this combination! The orange shirt looks great with that amazing coat! I was not ready for snow yesterday. I love how you added socks to sandals. I need to try that! xo
    Best, M.

  2. You're pretty with your curly hair AND shoes AND socks !

Enjoy the snow (dixit the girl who has the sun even in winter :P )
