Greetings!

Thanks for coming by.  This project served as an amazing creative outlet for both Sam (‘husband’) and me.  We started this project together shortly after we were married and it provided a much-needed distraction (and creative outlet) while we were in the process of waiting to close on our apartment.  The project resulted in what I think are beautiful photos documenting our little corner of Brooklyn, our travels, and, of course, many of my daily outfit choices.  Thank you to all of you out there who came through, especially those who left comments – they made (and still make) my day.   Though I may no longer be posting regularly, please do stop back as this will continue to be a creative space.

The pages remaining here are a curated collection of the posts of which Sam and I are most proud and we feel represent the best of rosenbklyn.blogspot.com.

It’s about time to introduce the man behind the photography.  Sam, (‘Husband’), is a video editor for film and TV.  In his words, "The blog is an opportunity for me to work on my photography, while also attempting to wrap my head around women's fashion."

Here are Sam's favorite five photos:

Though I've been more front and center throughout the project, I thought I'd take this opportunity to tell you a little more about myself as well.  I work for Ralph Lauren as part of the digital team.  I love living in Brooklyn and visiting the Adirondacks.  Home improving, sewing, reading, internet perusal, putting together a great outfit, good food and drink, spending time with family and friends can be counted as some of my most treasured past times.  This project has given me confidence in my choices and made me much more comfortable in front of the camera!
