Winter-Spring

Now that Winter has officially hit, I find myself pining away for Spring.  I re-purposed a beach cover up into a maxi dress with some strategic layering.
I "borrowed" this jacket from my husband.  I love the plaid on the inside of this jacket - it's all about the details.
I've had this necklace for years, I don't even remember where I got it.  I've had to restring the beads several times, but it is so worth it.  Such a great pop of color.
Thick tights - my go-to in the winter months.
I love how the skirt caught the wind, makes me wish for warm weather when I can wear it as it's original purpose - a beach cover up.
I love re-purposing items in their off season.  I was so nice to pull this dress out of my closet and wear it in the middle of winter - I plan on doing it again soon!
Jacket (Husband's): Barbour / Dress and Belt: H&M / Sweater, Boots, Tights: J. Crew / Necklace: Vintage / Sunglasses: Cutler and Cross

  1. I found you through Tomboy Style and your style totally deserves the praise. I'm glad I found you 'cause I'll be stalking you very creepily from now on. (Is that even a good thing?)
